Fried egg over soft.
I only eat scrambled eggs for breakfast and can't stand the thought of a runny yolk. But one of my resolutions for the New Year is to be on the lookout for ways to make others happy. So I offered to make a fried egg for my sweetie.
And look at my reward!
Is this a sign that my good deed didn't go unnoticed by a greater power?
Well probably not. More like a sign I don't know how to flip an egg:-)
Anyway it was a pretty cool way to start the New Year!
